Parent Volunteer Organization

Together, We Make RCSA Elementary Stronger

The Parent Volunteer Organization (PVO) brings families, staff, and community members together to support our students and strengthen our school community.

Through volunteering, fundraising, family events, and staff appreciation activities, the PVO helps create memorable experiences for RCSA Elementary students and families throughout the school year.

What Is the PVO?

PVO stands for Parent Volunteer Organization. It is a group of parents, guardians, family members, staff, and community supporters who work together to help make RCSA Elementary an even better place to learn and grow.

The PVO supports the school by:

  • Organizing family-friendly events

  • Supporting teachers and staff

  • Coordinating volunteer opportunities

  • Raising funds for school activities

  • Helping families feel connected to the RCSA community

Membership Information

PVO membership requires a membership fee.

Membership helps support PVO-sponsored events and activities throughout the school year. Additional information about the membership fee and online registration will be added to this page soon.

Volunteering Is Optional

Joining the PVO does not mean that you are required to volunteer.

Families may participate in the way that works best for their schedules. You may volunteer regularly, help with one special event, share a skill or service, support fundraising efforts, or simply remain connected to PVO news and activities.

Every level of participation is valued and appreciated.

Where Does the Money Go?

Funds raised through PVO memberships and fundraising activities are used to support school events and activities for students, families, teachers, and staff.

These funds help the PVO provide supplies, decorations, refreshments, activities, appreciation items, and other resources needed to make school events successful.

When families support the PVO, they are directly helping create positive experiences for the entire RCSA Elementary community.

Join the RCSA Elementary PVO

A PVO membership and interest form will be available soon.

Once the form is added, families will be able to use the registration button on this page to join and share how they would like to participate.
